After the build, you have two choices most vendors will not give you: run it yourself with a team you do not yet have, or stay dependent on a vendor forever. We offer a third — run it with you, then hand it over.

The engagement is structured as an I do / we do / you do arc: we run it, then we run it together, then your team runs it — and we are deliberately working ourselves out of the engagement the whole time.
New capabilities — additional blocks, new domain logic — are added through the D2D Line, so anything that ships into your running platform was designed, reviewed, and proven green first.
What you own throughout
You own the platform the entire time. The blocks live in your repository; nothing about the retainer makes you dependent on a runtime of ours. The point of the arc is that it ends — with your team owning and running the platform, not renting it.
