About Operational Streamlining

We build the agent frameworks others consume — bidirectional MCP, an owned multi-agent orchestration engine, guardrails — and you own the result. This page is where that promise turns into credibility: who builds it, how we build it, and the scale we have built at.

The founder

Operational Streamlining was founded by an ex-Maximo platform consultant whose industrial-engineering depth is Modeling & Operations Research — specifically ILP / MILP optimization, asset repair-vs-replace / whole-life-cost decisions, and AI asset-decision tooling. That depth is the engine behind the EAM offerings: the same optimization and whole-life-cost modeling that turns a repair-vs-replace call into an auditable, budget-constrained plan.

The verticals of depth are utilities / energy and oil & gas — the two domains that anchor the Maximo and EAM positioning, spoken admin-to-admin and engineer-to-engineer.

How we work — the D2D Line

Every offering, fixed-scope or retainer, runs through the same method — the D2D Line (Design-to-Delivery). That is why you get owned, tested code instead of a pitch. Six phases, in writing:

  1. FRAME — we pin the problem, the scope, and what "done" means, in writing.
  2. DESIGN — we design the solution and get sign-off before building.
  3. PLAN — we break the design into a testable, sequenced plan.
  4. BUILD — we build it test-first.
  5. VERIFY — we prove it works: tests green, the behavior demonstrated.
  6. SHIP — we hand it over — source, tests, and all — and it is yours.

Built at real enterprise scale

The work behind Operational Streamlining was built at real enterprise scale. The framework — referred to here as Catalyst / Catalyst.AI — comprises:

  • ~85 production building blocks (~170 with their test siblings),
  • 16 of them on a standardized, one-call module seam,
  • the gated D2D Line method,

— plus a large cloud-native enterprise platform — ~550 projects, ~26 backend services, ~37 capability domains, 500+ reusable pre-tested modules — built for a regulated-industry enterprise client.
