Mobile & Data Enablement

Put Maximo in the field and get the data right, with Maximo Mobile rollout and field-force adoption, no-code data migration and cleansing with AI-assisted validation, and productized KPI reporting over your Maximo data.

Outcomes

  • Field technicians working in Maximo Mobile, offline-capable, with an adoption plan and an eye on AppPoints-efficient access
  • Clean, validated, deduplicated, migrated asset and work data in MAS, with a full audit trail and source-to-target parity verification
  • Role-based KPI dashboards leadership and planners actually use, over live Maximo data, not spreadsheets

How it works

Two jobs sit together here because they fail together: getting Maximo into the field, and getting the data right. A field force that will not use the mobile app and a dataset full of orphaned records both quietly sink an EAM program, and both are fixable as repeatable work rather than heroics.

On data, our throughline is one sentence: migrations fail on the data, not the platform. So we treat data as an operation, not a one-off bulk load. Extract, transform, validate, load, and then prove source-to-target parity, with an audit trail of every change. The no-code, AI-assisted approach replaces brittle loader scripts you cannot rerun or trust. This data engine is also what powers the migration wedge: the same validated pipeline that cleans your data is the one that moves it to MAS.

On mobile, the lesson from the market is focus. We model one services-led, mobile-layer-agnostic enablement offering — rollout plus the change management that makes adoption stick, with an eye on AppPoints-efficient access — rather than pushing a portfolio of competing apps at you. We deliberately do not chase building a native mobile product; we get your field force working in the right mobile layer and adopting it.

The three leaves below are MAS Mobile Enablement, Data Migration & Cleansing, and KPI Reporting & Dashboards, the last two built on Catalyst's data and web layers.

What you own at the end

The migration pipeline, the cleansing rulesets, and the parity reports are yours and rerunnable. The KPI dashboards are built on your live Maximo data and handed over with their definitions, so a number on a dashboard is one your team can trace. The mobile rollout leaves you with an adoption plan, not just an install.

FAQ

Which mobile app do you push? None by default. We are mobile-layer-agnostic: the right answer depends on your operation, your AppPoints math, and whether you need offline depth. We roll out and drive adoption of the layer that fits, rather than selling you a product.

Is the data migration the same as the 7.6-to-MAS migration? The data leaf is the engine behind it. The full migration program lives under the 7.6 to MAS Migration marquee; this leaf is the data-operations capability that program (and any ongoing cleansing) runs on.

How is it priced? Fixed-scope per leaf. Data migration is scoped against the source systems and record volumes in the FRAME phase; mobile enablement and KPI reporting are scoped against the rollout and the dashboards you need.

Proof

  • Data done as repeatable, validated, audited operations: no-code migration with AI-assisted validation and audit trails, not a brittle bulk-load script
  • Offline-first field execution adopted by distribution, maintenance, and inspection crews
