Maintenance Operations & Custom Engagements

The maintenance-operations work we have done hands-on, plus a custom line for the asset-decision problems that do not fit a named offering.

Outcomes

  • A planned-work process — work-order lifecycle, priority matrix, scheduling cadence, planner and scheduler roles — made real in your CMMS
  • A custom asset-decision engagement scoped to your one-of-a-kind problem, drawing on our optimization, AI, and Maximo depth
  • An honest scope set in writing before any work starts — what we deliver now, and what we build with you

How it works

This is the line beside the optimization wedge. Two kinds of work live here: the maintenance-operations engagements we have run hands-on, and a custom front door for the asset-decision problems that do not fit a named offering.

The operations work designs the process that turns reactive firefighting into planned, scheduled work — the work-order lifecycle, the priority matrix, the plan-before-you-schedule gate, the weekly scheduling routine, and the planner and scheduler roles that run it — and configures it into your maintenance system so the workflow enforces the process. The custom work is the honest catch-all: when your asset-decision problem is one of a kind, we scope it as a bespoke engagement and bring the same optimization, AI, and Maximo-platform depth to it.

Every engagement runs through our D2D Line — FRAME, DESIGN, PLAN, BUILD, VERIFY, SHIP. We pin the scope and what "done" means in writing before we build, and we are plain about what we can deliver now versus what we would build with you.

What you own at the end

Whatever we build is yours — the process documentation, the configuration, and any model or tool — handed over as source and artifacts you can run and change. There is no platform to rent and no runtime that ties you to us.

FAQ

Which offering under this marquee fits me? If your problem is getting a reactive maintenance organization onto planned, scheduled work, start with work-management and process design. If it is a non-standard asset-decision question that no named offering covers, start with the custom line and we will scope it together.

How is it priced? Fixed-scope, fixed-fee where the work is a named engagement; for a custom engagement the scope and fee are pinned in the FRAME phase before any build starts. The shape of the work is agreed before it begins.
